1. Overview
This website is operated by José & Co. Custom Jewellers. Throughout the site, the terms "we," "us," and "our" refer to José & Co. Custom Jewellers. By visiting our site and by purchasing from us, you agree to the terms set out below.
2. Products and pricing
We work to describe and photograph our products as accurately as possible. Colours and details may appear differently depending on your screen. Fine jewellery and watches are individual items, and slight natural variation is part of their character. All prices are listed in Canadian dollars and are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to correct any errors in pricing or product information, and to cancel any order placed against a listing with an incorrect price.
3. Orders and acceptance
Your order is an offer to buy. We accept your order when we confirm it and process payment. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, including where an item is no longer available or where we suspect fraud. Many of our pieces are one of a kind. If an item sells in store at the same time it is ordered online, we will contact you promptly and arrange a full refund of that item.
4. Final sale
All sales are final. Please read our Refund and Final Sale Policy, which forms part of these terms and sets out the details for jewellery, custom pieces, and watches.
5. Payment
Payments made online are processed securely through our payment provider. We do not store your full card details on our servers.
6. Intellectual property
All content on this site, including images, designs, text, and the José & Co. name and marks, is owned by us or used with permission. You may not copy, reproduce, or use it without our written consent.
7. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, José & Co. Custom Jewellers is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from the use of this site or from any product purchased through it. Nothing in these terms limits your rights that cannot be limited under applicable law.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of British Columbia and the applicable laws of Canada. Any dispute will be handled in the courts of British Columbia.
