All sales are final
Every purchase from José & Co. Custom Jewellers is final. We do not offer returns, refunds, or exchanges once an order is placed and paid for. Please review your selection carefully before completing your purchase, and reach out to us with any questions beforehand. We are always glad to help you choose with confidence.
Custom pieces
Custom and made-to-order pieces are created specifically for you. They cannot be returned, refunded, or exchanged under any circumstances.
Watches
All watches are non-returnable and non-refundable. This applies to every watch we carry, whether purchased in store or online.
Our quality commitment
Every piece we sell is inspected and stands behind the standard our name has carried since 1973. If you believe an item arrived with a manufacturing fault, contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@joseandco.ca and we will make it right.
Condition and packaging
In the rare case an arrangement is reached with us directly, an item will only be considered if it is returned unworn, unaltered, and in its original packaging with all documentation. Any item that shows wear or alteration will not be accepted.
