Our commitment
José & Co. Custom Jewellers respects your privacy. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. We collect only what we need to run the store and serve you well.
What we collect
When you visit or buy from us, we may collect: contact and order details you give us, such as your name, email, phone number, billing address, and shipping address; payment information, which is processed by our payment provider, noting we do not store your full card number; and technical and browsing information collected automatically, such as your device, browser, and how you use the site, gathered through cookies and similar tools.
How we use it
We use your information to process and fulfil your orders, including arranging shipping and insurance; to communicate with you about your order and respond to your questions; to keep the site secure and prevent fraud; and to improve the store and, only if you have opted in, send you occasional updates.
Who we share it with
We share information only with the providers that help us run the store, and only as needed: Shopify, which powers our store and processes order data; our payment provider, which processes your payment securely; and our shipping provider, which is used to ship and insure your order and requires your name and address to deliver. We do not sell your personal information.
